  30. Just remember, you only want twinkling stars when you're looking from 
  31. Earth to space! (twinkling occurs due to the distortion (refraction?) of 
  32. the light from the stars through the atmosphere, and thus "twinkling".  
  33. No atmomsphere in spoace, so no twinkling).
